  Pushkar Phatak   Pushkar has over 18 years experience with Customer Management and Sales.  He has dabbled successfully with predictive analytics for Sales and Marketing, developed trading workflows for large banks and financial institutions, and built successful client engagement teams.  His mantra for success is to “Just Do It” -  now recognized as the Nike tagline.  He loves tea, coffee, and coconut water. Pushkar is a singer and flautist, and is part of a small Indian fusion band. Pushkar has also built his own e-bike and can be frequently seen riding along the Charles River.

  Doug Bates   Fynalist is Doug's second entrepreneurial venture. His time with his first venture was cut short due to its quick successful exit. He began his career working in Human Resources, then shifted to Marketing, including marketing roles at two recruitment companies. His hobbies include hiking, Nordic skiing, Pyrrhonist philosophy, and getting a publisher for his manuscript on Pyrrhonism that he wrote between startups. Character-building events in Doug's life have included living in a home without indoor plumbing, the loss of his father in an industrial accident, and serving on the board of a publicly traded company.   Doug has degrees from Dartmouth, Cornell, and the University of Pennsylvania. His favorite quote is from Mark Twain: "I've never allowed my schooling to interfere with my education."
